In a statement to his social media page Popcaan stated that “We regret to inform our UK family that i will not be performing at the Notting Hill carnival tomorrow as scheduled. We sincerely apologise and look forward to seeing you all in December for the #FOREVER tour.” Its not gonna be possible to attended this year. SPice performed at this carnival last year to a packed show.
However its mentioned that Popcaan is scheduled to perform in UK on december 6th.
