Vybz Kartel Sends Message To Current Dancehall Artistes

Vybz Kartel has sounded off a warning to the current crop of Dancehall artistes dominating the scene.

The “Under Water” deejay took to Instagram over the weekend to post a photo of himself, issuing a stern warning to his fellow entertainers saying “Who hot a we mek dem hot!..gwan enjoy unuh self cause #dicometiscoming.”

The post was greeted with mixed reactions from fans as many argued that the deejay’s statement was disrespectful to the artistes who have worked hard for their talents to be seen.

Wonder if him know a piece of the pie is there for everybody kmt. When him dead and gone, wonder if him duppy ago come back and chat shit KMT,” one fan commented while another added “kartel badmind uf him nuh waa admit the fact say the young artist dem hotter dan him … Look how long him in dancehall feem time up 😂 badmind f**ka 😂.”

But the often controversial deejay was not short of support as his Gaza following came to his defense. “Nuff a uno a chat…but nuff artist caan get a forward unless dem call the BOSS name 😎💅 #RealBossSoonDoRoad, one fan commented.

Vybz Kartel is currently waiting to learn his fate following his appeal trial for his 2014 conviction for the killing of Clive “Lizard” Williams.
