Dancehall artiste Popcaan is already celebrating what he claims to be another MOBO award added to his cabinet. In November 2016 the “Unruly Boss” for the second year in a row received the MOBO awards for the best Reggae act of the year.

The MOBO Awards for “Music of Black Origin” was established in 1996 by Kanya Kinga and Andy Ruffell. The MOBO Award show is held annually in the United Kingdom to recognise artiste of any ethnicity or nationality performing black music.

Popcaan Beats strong competition from Alkaline, Spice, Protoje & Kranium to win the Awards in 2016.
