Jo Mersa, the eldest son of Stephen Marley and grandson of Bob Marley, will be joining the Compton-born Samoan reggae artiste Jo Boog on the road for more than a month.
The tour which started on Thursday in California will see the artiste visiting more than 30 states before doing the final show in the Golden State on February 25.
The tour will see Jo Mersa going to states like California, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Colorado, New York, Illinois, Utah and Georgia.
Mersa will tour in support of his brand new single, Private Beach Party, off the ‘All Natural’ rhythm compilation, produced by Stephen Marley that is slated for a January 27 release.
Mersa is also slated to release his full-length debut later this year.
This album will come after previous efforts like his debut EP, Comfortable, that was released in June 2014 on Ghetto Youths International. Following its release, Mersa toured extensively in US and Europe alongside acts like Stephen Marley, Slightly Stoopid and UB40.
