Spice 'Rolling' new energetic single - Caribbean LifeThe organizers of the popular “Chug It” party series have not forgotten about the Grammy-nominated Dancehall Queen Spice, and the squabble they had, they have released an announcement noting that they are moving forward with a lawsuit against the entertainer.

The issue started on the 5th of September at the Miami, Florida staging of the event where Spice was supposed to perform but was said by the promoters to not have shown up, and as such is being requested by them to refund the amount she was paid before showtime.

From the Dancehall Queen’s side, however, it is still no refund and no apology, as her attorney Ayisha Robb was very confident in stating that if a lawsuit is what “Chug It” needs to move forward they will just have to do that and they will defend it in court since she disagrees with the event’s team statements about the refund situation, making it clear that it is not Spice’s instructions.

These actions that the female deejay allegedly carried out on her social media page are being described by “Chug It” to be irresponsible.

The lawsuit was filed in a Florida Court and while Spice is being defended by Ayisha Robb, she also has American Attorney Darrell Thompson on her team.
